I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Total Phase
Interview
Had a short phone interview - just to establish a baseline of why I was interested.
In person interview with the sales manager, CEO, then a founder. All looked closely at my resume and asked specific questions about dealing with a difficult situation, favorite course taken in school, why I wanted to try sales, what my interest in Total Phase was.
Then met with other sales members last. Mostly asked about team chemistry type questions. Not too hard.
Last step was a technical presentation of my choice. Had to be roughly 10 minutes
