Relaxed Skype Interview. I initially wanted an HR position and was suggested to switch into business. Working for company overall ended up being very relaxed and flexible, so if you are looking for something more rigid I would not recommend.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Tourbillon (Fayetteville, GA) in Nov 2015
Interview
The interview process was cheerful and open. There's no nerviousness, especially if it's your first time applying for an internship. Really it's more a casual back and forth about what you think you could do for the company and if you've had any experience up to that point. If you feel nervous about applying for the internship, I would suggest writing on a note card what you've done. Using social media in general is a big help to this position.
