TIA has a very specific procedure that they follow for interviews. I was well-prepared by my headhunter and received a ton of information to prepare for the interview. I was told in advance what types of questions would be asked and what kind of examples of my past work accomplishments I would have to give. I interviewed there twice, and met with 5 people in all.

Question 1
While none of the questions were unexpected because the headhunter really helped me prepare in-depth, the TIA requires an "opening statement" at their interviews. The thought of having to start the interview with an "opening statement" intimidated me and it was tough to prepare for that, but once I got going at the interview it went well.
