I got the call from Company through a friend's refferal. I sent them my resume.

Face-2-Face interview next morning. The HR person, the General Manager and other team took my interview. discussion started with my academic background then to my previous company and profile, then reason to leave the company and then the reason to choose Toyota.
They asked me lot many questions about my previous job experience. They told me the job profile and asked me how well can i adjust with it. I told them that its all about learning new things every time. Its not that i am not capable..its just that learning is never ending process.. I treat myself as other a professional who learns from her mistakes and don't repeat them.
Then they asked me that do i have any other option in hand..I told them about my negotiations with some other good companies.. Then they said that they will intimate me the result by evening through call and I can leave..
In the evening I got the call that I can join from next day. :)
