It involved a written/ computer skills interview with testing in the use of excel and power point, then an oral interview with all heads of department present. The oral interview was about 30 to 40 minutes. The computer test was to ascertain basic computer knowledge. Particular interest was on my character as a person and whether I was willing to work beyond and above expectations of time and quality.
