I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Trace Staffing Solutions (Statesboro, GA) in Jun 2017
Interview
There was no interview at all. Only a drug test and background check were required. The people in the front office were very pleasant and nice about it though. The guy who "interviewed" me just asked where I wanted to work and which department. They then continued with the drug test and immediately hired me on the spot.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Trace Staffing Solutions (Charleston, SC) in Sep 2017
Interview
The office is completely unprofessional. From the Receptionist to the Interviewers. I overheard gossip about several of their candidates and clients right at the front desk. There is a ridiculous amount of paperwork to be completed prior to interviewing. The interviewer didn't ask any behavioral questions...only asked 2 questions about my previous positions and did a quick search on her computer to see if she had any jobs that were a good fit. She then sent me on my way and sent me an email to take a skills assessment, which I opted not to take because of the sub-par experience I had. Never again.
I applied through other source. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Trace Staffing Solutions (Pooler, GA) in Oct 2017

The entire staffing team was very nice, they gave me the best service, now just have to wait and see what will come from this interview!
