I had 8 rounds of interviews and they were all scheduled well in advance. It started with recruiter, then the hiring manager, then four interviews with other department/teams, one with the CEO, then another man meeting with the hiring manager. And all of the interviews were very positive and more conversational. It felt like a complete waste of time at the end after you consider all the time spent for prep and attending the calls and still not getting an offer.
