I got a mail to attend the hiring process of Automation Engineer at their bangalore office. First they registered all the candidates and then they gave us a question paper consisting of 30 questions. Every questions was of 3 marks and there was negative marking of -1mark for every wrong answer. Questions were made to test your logical thinking only. They were very easy. After 1 hr they took our answer sheets and provided us next ques paper which consisted pf 3 programming ques... We were told to use amy prog lang to write their solutions....two ques were easy but the third one waa a little tricky....after 1 hr we submitted our answer sheet....then after sometime they announced the results of 1st round and some of the candidates could not qualify that and they were told that they can leave.....after some more time result of second written test was announced and only 8-10 candidates were selected in that round....after that we were told to come for our first interview.....in first interview they asked me about the third program and showed me that i have not taken all the cases....then he explained me all the cases and tolde to rewrite the program considering all the cases....then i wrote.....after that he again topd me you missed one case...then i rewrote it.....and then after i completed it....he asked me if i have any ques...i asked about automation engineering....then he told me about it...and also told me to wait for next interview.....after sometime i qas again in the another interview room with anither interviewer....he asked me how m i today....he was quite nice....actually all the peoples were nice to us there....this interviewer gave me a string ques and told me to solve it....i was feeling very nervous therefore i could not think properly then he gave me some hints and after some time with aome of his help i was able to complete the program......then they asked me to wait for some time and time and then once again there i was in the next interview room....now this interviewer also asked me a programming ques and asked me to solve it.....after i solved it....he told me that this program can be more optimal....then i tried removing some variables and then he told me your program considering s good but it uas a minor me stake then he told me about it...then he said you can wait.....after that they told me to leave for the day....and tolde that we will inform you your result by calling you
