Not great to be honest. After the first interview, there was absolutely no communication from their side. No rejection email, no update on the process, and no follow-up regarding the outcome of the interview. I understand that companies can be busy, but completely ghosting candidates after they’ve invested time preparing and interviewing leaves a pretty poor impression of the recruitment experience and overall professionalism.
