Screener/behavioral/fit-type chat with I believe one of the co-founders, and then another with one of the other cofounders. I assumed it would be behavioral/type interview (and then there'd be a technical), but it quickly delved into the weeds. If I remember correctly, the questions were more interested in deployment experience than data science itself which just caught me off guard with my interview. Either way, it's not my area expertise so wouldn't have been a good fit, but I do recommend applying - they were really congenial, it's a small dynamic team where you could have a lot of impact. Just be ready to discuss ML in implementation /deployment. And be ready early on to do so.
