Pros Polite and smart process. Very detailed description of the job. They took time to meet us and talk to us. Cons it lasted too long and they took a lot of time to inform us about the results. I had to go for a second interview. In my opinion it was not essential as I had to commute from another city and they knew it. Too many questions and very long process.

test with scenario and cognitive questions. Pretty easy. Questions about myself, how I would react in specific situations, prioritizing etc. I had to prepare a presentation. Very long process that lasted many hours and two days.
