Interview process was straightforward, screened by HR and then met representatives from different offices. Questions weren't out of the ordinary and assessed industry knowledge and potential culture fit, as well as how my past experiences connected to the company's work
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at TrailRunner International (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2026
Interview
Tedious. 4 separate interviews with a written assessment all for not great pay. The last interview was very awkward. They completely ghosted me the final interview. Mostly basic questions about why you want to join etc.

Interview
Applied online through any platform such as LinkedIn or Glassdoor. Then, if you are selected, you will receive questions about you, not the job or what you did, in a video interview with a recruiter. She was very nice and collaborative. She also explained the job and the company’s process.
