Via video. Pleasantries to start, then "Tell me about yourself" then "Did you use AI to write the letter", then will ask you questions while you're answering the first question, then a talk-off. They will turn their camera off for the roleplay and I recommend doing the same so more like a phone call, which is perfectly reasonable. Then a cursory hours and job detail.
