Transitions-Mental Health Association interview questions

I had two interviews. The first one was basic with common interview questions and two of the staff. The second was a presentation in front of three staff members with some questions after.

The interview process consisted of normal questions asking about yourself and scenarios which may happened and how you would deal with them. As i showed up 15 mins early to my interview the interviewer had confused me and received me in a rude manner stating "OH YOU ARE AN HOUR LATE" I calmly explained that the time I showed for was the same as in the email then she went to her desk checked her email and proceed to apologize. THEN once already in interview we met with another staff member and this lady was extremely nice. During the middle of interview the same rude staff member got a call and ignored it , but proceeded to text.... I get emergencies, but could have excused yourself instead of texting in the middle of my interview. SO RUDE
