      Event Manager Interview

      Jun 23, 2022
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Transparity (London, England) in Apr 2022

      Interview

Zoom call with their People Manager. This was easily set up. Once on the call I was told about the company, but it was more like bombarded with lots of techy information about the company and its achievements. They clearly wanted someone who heavily worked in tech, but this is not as tech role, it is more of a support role. I do not have much tech experience, which they would of seen from my CV. I had already decided that this role was not for me, but the interviewer did not seem too fussed by me either. After the call I received no decline email or thanks which I think is extremely unprofessional. I did not chase up as it was not a company I wanted to work for.
