I was initially contacted by HR for an interview, noting that they were impressed with my resume. I set up a phone interview, which the HR rep did not show up for. She later said she had a lunch that ran long. I set up another phone call interview and eventually spoke to her. She said she would be in contact for a phone interview with the manager, but never reached out again or responded to an email follow-up.
