Interview
First I submit the application and then after 2 weeks I attend the 1 hour online interview. This interview includes behavior questions and technical questions. There are two people interviewing me, One is HR another is team leader.
Quite a few stages, timed psychometrics and IQ tests before meeting with hiring manager and HR, behavioural and technical questions, HR has more probing questions sideways. Examples from previous experiences is helpful here.
