Had a 15-minute phone interview that went smoothly. However, despite the interviewer promising to get back to me the next day, I received zero communication afterward. Sent a thank-you email and followed up three times with no response whatsoever. Poor communication and unprofessional follow-up process. Basic courtesy of acknowledging candidates is lacking.
