Interview
The process includes 4 steps. 1 of them is hr interview and the others are with the team and the leads. An assignment is requested by the company to see your android and engineering skills. The level of assignment is not so hard but the overall process is challenging.
Making a live coding session with 3 random people (1 sr, 1 mid, 1 jr) not sounds good for me. Some questions might be too easy for you but you are e human and you might forget the answer. The lower experienced developers as an interviewer they are looking from above and this is really broke your motivation and it turns a bad experience, you don't want to participate any other live coding again.
