Telephone interview, psychometric tests, word & excel tests. Face to face interview which was nearly 3 hours long! Standard telephone interview followed by 3 online tests which had to be completed in one weekend (not convenient as I was away). Face to face interview initially went well although a younger member of staff sat in on the interview, I was not made aware why. Owner arrived to continue questioning. This was both intense & slightly unnerving. We even took a stroll outside to run over some answers. Half of me wondered how I could work for her but I did not feel I wanted to be scrutinised for everything I did or said. Declined the job offer 2 days later. Probably ideal for someone younger who can afford to take a chance on a job not working out long term.
