Applied through my college and then I got an email to follow-up a couple of weeks later. The interview consisted of a couple of Basic Math/Probability Questions. Plus a basic programming Test.
Relatively straightforward. One phone round, and then flew out to office in Stamford for onsite interview with various team members. Most engineers were friendly and willing to share about their work

Interview
Phone interview. Was called by an analyst and assigned two brainstorm questions to complete in 30mins. Then he called me back and discussed my answers. And then we moved on to a coding test, which was not difficult but knowledge in basic financial modeling was needed. An offer was made at the end of the interview. Overall good and fun, not painful.

Interview
It was mostly probability/Stats questions, the interviewers are nice and helpful in guiding you through a lot of discussion and brain teasers that one might not solve by himself. Not a hard interview, so don't really need to panic just be yourself is good, the time is bit too long
