I had a general interview with HR about my experience and discussed details about the position. My second interview was with the person i would be reporting to. Interview was straight forward. We discussed the details of the position and the requirements.

Interview
Comfortable. Felt more like a genuine discussion than it did an interview. It allowed me to relax and be myself. We've discussed my experience and why I chose the path to become a PM, my responsibilities as a PM with my current employer, etc.

Interview
Straight forward and standard. They did a phone interview. Followed by in person panel 2 hour process. Standard questions. I remember that it went well and everyone was very nice.
