I applied online. I interviewed at Tri-City Medical Center
Interview
When contacted about the interview, I asked person if he could email me the address to the facility. He kept repeating the address. I got to the interview about 30 minutes early and had to fill out a questionnaire about English, which was interesting. Finally got called into the interview. During the interview i was repeatedly asked who I was. I finally got frustrated with being asked who I was after the 3rd or 4th time, I thanked the interviewer for his time and walked out. Worst interview I have ever done.

Interview
First interview was over the phone, they then brought me in for tour and interview in person. I found this experience amazing as I was able to see in advance what I was going to be doing.
