Interview
It started with a phone interview with the recruiter then area sales manager after. Once you pass the 2 previous interviews it moves to a panel interview with the agents then move up to VP of sales. Final interview will be with the president. This has to be one of the most impressive interviews I went to. The sales manager really knows how to sell and does role play vs digging through your resume. They really test to see your skill sets and makes an emphasis on constantly improving your game.

Interview
Started with a call from the hiring manager with some basic screening questions. He was very nice and I really enjoyed the conversation. Next I met with a couple additional team members for a panel interview.
