I applied through college or university. I interviewed at TriSep
Interview
Applied through the school's online service. Got an on-campus interview. They asked questions about my resume and I asked questions about the company. I was interviewed by the Lead Manufacturing Engineer. He seemed very friendly and was able to answer questions about the company culture and what entry level engineers do at Trisep.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TriSep (Santa Barbara, CA) in Aug 2014
Interview
TriSep came to UCSB to do interviews throughout the day. I signed up for a morning slot and knew there would be at least 20 people after me. Interviewer didn't really ask me about my resume and I got an email the following day to inform me that I would not be interviewed again.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at TriSep (Goleta, CA) in Mar 2014
Interview
I applied for an interview through my school's career center and went through two rounds of interview.
The 1st interview was an on-campus interview with the president of the company. He asked me questions about my resume along with a couple behavioral/personality based questions.
2nd Round of interviews was on site. They paid for my trip up to Goleta and took me out to dinner. It was quite awesome. The next day, I had an interview with the VP and HR manager in the morning. Had lunch with the president (ASK QUESTIONS/ HAVE A DECENT CONVERSATION). Went back to the office and had another interview with the manufacturing and product development team leads. Again, most of the questions were personality/resume/behavior based.
It's not a high pressure situation. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly.
