First relation building until mutual interest is confirmed. Then a three step interview process, firstly with general tests and thereafter different kinds of case solving (smaller case, guesstimate and one larger case)

Interview
Hard interviews, with many steps. First a regular HR interview - then one case interview along with a smaller guesstimate then lastly a bigger case with a annual report analysis. The online assessment before interviews was a normal IQ and behavioural test.
