Standard behavioral interview with emphasis on college/school experience. When I asked the interviewer (engineering manager) about the work life balance at Tribu she basically implied there wasn't one. I was told that I would be told whether I would be moving forward or not in a few days, but never heard back. After several phone calls and emails, I was ghosted. Tribu is super unprofessional and disappointing. I was willing to give the place a chance even though they had terrible reviews here but now I know better. Steer clear!
