Competency based and it was a nice open and relaxed scenario which meant that you could be more yourself without having to buffer yourself and provide them with parts of yourself that you just think they want to hear.
Very simple interview process. Only 2 rounds required, and informal questioning only. Met with hiring manager first, then general manager. It is friendly and relaxed, and only a small team. I was very surprised how accommodating they were over not knowing much about the role
