TriggerHouse interview questions

Had a virtual interview with HR and a Director. It was a casual and engaging conversation that I felt went relatively well. Was told I would hear back with an update. After a week, I reached out to HR and never heard back. At this stage in my career, I would expect some kind of response, especially when contacting HR directly. Pretty disappointing, not because I didn't get a follow up interview, but that I didn't get any kind of response at all.
