Interview
It was a very quick yet pleasant process. I had my first initial phone interview at the beginning of the week and got an offer while on-site for in-person interview. Standard phone interview questions 1 on 1 with manager, and in-person interview I met with one team lead and the manager.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Triple Crown Consulting (Nashville, TN) in May 2025
Interview
Had an interview with the person hiring for the job and it went really well. She had me send over my updated resume and she said the team reached back out asking for an in person interview. An hour later, the hiring person told me that they no longer were interested all of a sudden and decided to go with other candidates. It was quite unexpected. Kinda shows that they seem very unprofessional honestly. I would be cautious.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Triple Crown Consulting (Campbell, CA) in Feb 2023
Interview
All it took was one interview to get the job (was offered the same day I interviewed), which was a huge red flag that I ignored because I was in desperate need of a job, so I accepted the offer. There were three people interviewing me and 2 out of three did not ask me any questions. I later find out that the interviewers are often not prepared to interview candidates. Easy overall, but considering the high turnover rate, it is no wonder it was so easy to get an offer because they hire and fire people in bulk.
