Phone call with Australian colleague Following my formal interview (step 2) - I didn't hear back for a couple of weeks, even though I was told I would hear back within a few days. So I had to follow-up with the interviewer. I received an email to say I was unsuccessful, but no specific feedback. I felt that the 5 stage process was over-kill...maybe that would be relevant if it was a CEO role. Interviewers were friendly. Interview was rushed, as they left no time to go from one interview to another. I was informed that the person organising it slotted in back-to-back interviews (i.e. no breaks in between).
