This is not how we intend the candidate experience to be. Our mission from day 1 has been to have a positive impact on the life of anyone that interacts with Trissential, yet we appear to have missed this mark in this instance.
Our intentions are to ensure we provide feedback to all candidates in our process, whether it is positive or negative. We sincerely apologize that you had a negative experience and we will investigate this situation to see how we can improve our process to ensure this does not happen again.
