Interview
Initial interview was standard review of the company, opportunities and background information. Additional interviews were much greater in detail which included challenging anecdotal questions about change management experience etc. Trissential had been going through some changes at the time so it seemed obvious that they wanted the right fir for the positions they were interviewing for. I see this as a positive sign.

Provide a detailed walk through of how you managed a corporate organizational change and describe the methodologies uses. How did this compare to the other methodologies you've utilized and how did you manage to bring both upper management and junior staff in alignment.
