I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Triumvirate Environmental (Somerville, MA) in Mar 2015
Interview
I was asked about my college experience, how I think I can contribute to the position and also about my time at previous jobs. It was all fairly simple. I saw down with a panel of three employees, and they each took turns telling me about the position, the workplace dynamic, and every now and then posing a question related to how I see myself fitting into the workplace.I mostly talked about my previous school/lab experience and everything went well. It was enjoyable, however I disliked the way the interviewers refused to say anything honest about the workplace that didn't make it sound like the best place on earth. If I didn't know any better, I would have assumed these people were trying to con me into a pyramid scheme.
