Had a first stage interview with some of the team. Ran through sourcing, tech knowledge, data points, and my experience. Flowed well, and seemed like a nice bunch. It was one of the Team Leaders and then one of the Talent Acquisition Managers.

Talkme through some of the ways you have sourced candidates over the last 6-12 months?

Interview
Seemed fairly straightforward - video call with HM (which was rescheduled the first time) and then despite showing keen interest and scheduling the 2nd round, they canceled and requested to reschedule and then ghosted me.
No word whatsoever - rejected or position eliminated? No information provided.
In this day and age, ghosting someone during an interview process is laughable.

Interview
The interview process was straight forward and transparent, when initially interviewed highlighted that an opportunity that matched what I was looking for would not be available until a few weeks later potentially, I appreciated the honesty and was not in a rush to move anyways.
Johnny came back to me when an opportunity was there for me to take advantage of and had a follow up and then met Simon( co-founder) and the rest is history.
