super easy you literally go in and apply and know right away, you go in to the Calderwood location and fill out a form while bringing your resume and theres a couple more girls with you then theres a 1 on 1 interview in front of each other which is kinda weird and honestly based on looks other than how well you can talk it was really easy and an odd experience honestly
