I have no complaints regarding the interview process. HR reached out to me after finding my resume online. I was phone screened and scheduled for a face to face interview with another LO, can't remember his name, and Sales Manager (Tracey) as well. I have to say that Leann, in HR, was great to work with coordinating around my month-end schedule and was very pleasant. She offered me water and even a snack when I showed up for the interview. The interview panel was so down to earth and real which made the interview more conversational than uptight and intimidating. I saw a negative comment about the interview process and its staff and felt compelled to add my positive experience. I would have had accepted the opportunity, but it didn't quite work out. I would go through the process again. Give them a chance.
