Informal but was with a legitimate leader. Now there is a young owner who has limited experience and knowledge of running a business and leading a team. There was more time spent sharing of their business software that really looks good at the surface but full or bugs that seemed unmanageable.

It was a great process with well thought out and meaningful questions. I enjoyed the questions and they made sense for the role. Would highly recommend if you are pursuing a career in project management or a similar role
