I did the Initial interview earlier and it was kind of hard for me as a first time no experienced VA. But the HR is kind and helps me answer her questions in a nice way.

I applied through OLJ, and answered their questions in the form provided. They emailed me and let me set an interview date. I am now waiting for the initial interview.
