I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TruStage (Madison, WI) in Aug 2013
Interview
Took too long-Some of the questions didn't make much sense. It was 2 or 3 phone interviews and then a face to face. The questions were normal interview questions. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Why sales? those type of questions

Interview
Because I was already employed with this company the interview process wasn't near as extensive because they had an idea of performance already. However, be prepared to answer a lot of questions about "Tell me about a time where you...." etc. Depending on the position you apply for, you may have to take a sales competency test, a typing test, and a math test. Generally they have more than one person interview you at the same time and they alternate asking you questions. The first step is almost always a phone interview with a third-party who screens candidates. If you get a call back, you know you passed that phase. It doesn't take much to pass that--either you're qualified or you're not. Then you go through one or two rounds of face-to-face interviews.
