Interview
I interviewed on campus, then was called in for a three hour interview with 3 different managers across the actuarial department. There was about a week in between hearing back from the first round interview and traveling to CUNA to meet with managers. The interviews were relaxed and seemed more focused on understanding you as a person.
I applied online and received an email from HR to schedule a phone interview. It has been two weeks and I didn't get any response since then. I was asked some general questions such as career goal, why actuarial science.

Interview
This was a half hour interview. The employer asked my previous working experience listed on my resume. And we went through some behavioral questions. At last he let me ask him the questions I had.
