Interview was relaxed. They were looking for someone who was very go with the flow. The vibe was crunchy and health food related -obviously. The pay range for the position was amazing. But... The ghosted me when I was assured I would have an answer in 48 hours. Even after reaching back out to the recruiter from the company I never heard anything back. Since I was also interviewing with several other companies it wasn't the worst outcome for me but it would have been nice to know.
