I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at True in Oct 2024
Interview
The process was super bizarre. I had an initial screening and I believe another interview before they had candidates participate in a Super Day. Candidates had to prepare a case study and present it to one employee and then speak with two others. They were nice throughout the process, but weren't super clear on what they were looking for or what to expect for the future process.
1. Screening Interview on Zoom
2. Take-home case study
3. Final round two back-to-back interviews on Zoom
Overall it was good, except one of the people on the final round interview was asking me the same question like 4 times just in different ways about how I stayed organized
I applied online. I interviewed at True (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
There was an initial 15 - 30 min interview with someone on the team. After you pass the interview then they gave you a project to work on over the course of a week. After turning that in, there was a final round with three interviews in one day—a technical one going over my project and two behavioral ones. I heard back with a decision about a week later.

Scheduled quickly, very comfortable and easy to talk to, felt like a conversation, behavioral and situational questions that asked about my work experiences and my college experiences. Overall good first interview
