True North Inc. interview questions

Every candidate True North Inc. has interviewed for the Media Operations Specialist (the actual title) has been in person, in our offices. The comment regarding an "automated phone screen process" is simply not true. Unless you’re referring to the video call with counterparts in our bi-coastal offices, who you would be working with on a daily basis. Our interview process is heavily focused on gauging the candidate’s compatibility with our culture however an assessment of the skill set comes first.
