The interview process was surprisingly thorough and detailed. It started with two online surveys. One involving some technical puzzles and one more character related - like how I would handle certain customer related scenarios. I found them both entertaining, especially the puzzles. Other phone calls and meetings followed - all getting to know more about me, my values, and my goals. I really appreciated the vetting process - even though it was very thorough and even a bit intimidating. It felt like they really knew what they were looking for which excited me because I'd rather work in a place like that than with a bunch of monkeys who got jobs because they could breath.
