This was the worst interview experience I have ever had. I received an invitation from the interviewer to schedule a 30-minute video call for a software engineer role. I set the meeting and prepared thoroughly, including ensuring my equipment was ready well in advance. Despite my preparations, the interviewer did not show up on time and initially declined my request to join the meeting. After a brief delay, I was finally admitted to the call. The interviewer rushed through the meeting, starting with a quick greeting and then abruptly asking if I was based in Stockholm. When I responded that I was not, the interviewer informed me that the position required candidates to be based in Stockholm and available to start immediately. I expressed my willingness to relocate if I passed the interviews, but the interviewer reiterated the immediate need and ended the meeting, which lasted only 3 minutes. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the lack of punctuality and the rushed nature of the interview, along with the sudden end after a very brief interaction.

Talvez o processo menos humanizado que fiz nos últimos anos. Acho que só interagi com robô. Vi a vaga no Linkedin, achei interessante, vi que cumpria os requisitos e apliquei. Alguns dias depois recebi um e-mail automático perguntando se poderia me enviar um teste do Codility, sem nem uma entrevista nem nada. Aceitei. Mencionaram na mensagem que apareceria no teste que teria 12h para fazer mas na verdade a duração real era 150 minutos. Achei estranho. Quando abri o teste realmente fica lá como se fosse 12h. Mesmo passando os 150 minutos o teste não interrompe em nenhum momento. Enfim, eram 3 perguntas estilo Leetcode. Você só pode resolver em Java, C e C++ se não me engano. Não existe a possibilidade de escolher outras linguagens. Algumas das questões tem "tradução" para português mas não compensa, pense numa tradução ruim. A primeira foi bem facinha, passei nos testes logo de cara. A segunda um pouco mais complexa mas consegui resolver a tempo. A terceira era um pouco mais complexa também. Como eu vi que já havia passado os 150minutos e não sabia as consequências de levar mais tempo enviei mesmo que não tivesse passando em todos os testes. No final o robô da uma nota e a minha foi uns 20%. Mesmo passando nos testes ali tinham testes ocultos que não passava. Fui enganado pelo robô. hehe Como esperado, nenhum ser humano olhou meu código para verificar se fazia sentido, se era coerente, se tinha boa manutenção, etc então me reprovaram logo de cara. Não sei quais eram próximas etapas. Mas se o processo seletivo já é assim eu não animei muito de trabalhar lá.
