I had a 25 minute Zoom call with the CEO (who was reading emails and texts during our call). He blamed the bad reviews on Glassdoor on the previous sales reps, he had to fire them all. I asked him about revenue and he gave two different answers. He then asked for 3 customer references (CISO level preferred) before we went to the next step. I told him I needed more information to see if I wanted to pursue the position, but he insisted on speaking to my references of 20 years, This is not a good leader.
