It is a three-stage interview without OA for this position. Firstly, I had a phone coding interview with MingDong (senior software engineer). I did not come out with the optimal solution at the beginning. But, I liked the reaction of the patient interviewer when I came out with the optimal solution later. Then, Dustin (HR) informed me to schedule the next interview within three days. Secondly, I had a phone project interview with Long Sha (senior deep learning engineer). Before that, Dustin and Erin (HR) told me what I would face in this interview and helped me pass my presentation slide to the interviewer. I had a good conversation with the interviewer, and the interviewer was professional. Then, Dustin (HR) informed me to schedule the next interview within two days. Finally, I had a phone project/team-matching interview with Panqu (hiring manager). This might be the most difficult one of the three interviews. The interviewer is very professional. Then, Erin (HR) informed me to schedule an interview discussion within three days and then got the intern offer. Overall, the recruiter team is very professional, and they responded to my questions actively.

First phone screen - background and deep learning fundamentals Second phone screen - leetcode coding. Never heard back from them after the 2nd screen. I followed up 1 week later, they didn't reply. Very disrespectful.
