Question 1
Asked questions about seo and what you know about it, using ai etc
Initially had a 10/15ish min video call, was very casual and was just a general overall of the role and team and my experience. I heard back straight away and got invited back for an in person interview at the office where I had to complete two tasks. Apart from the tasks, the interview was just kind of finding out more about my experience and how it was relevant to the role. I got through to the final round and quickly had another interview, but this time with a senior team member. Again it was pretty casual and was kind of just finding out more about my experience. I never heard back from the team after this final interview, even after I sent a follow up email. I was just ghosted, which I think is quite rude, especially as though I had taken time out to interview for the company and initially had such a positive experience. The team were super nice and friendly and amenable, it’s just a shame they couldn’t be bothered to reply back to provide a decision.

Interview
I first had an online interview with the managing director (who is really lovely). I then came for an in person interview with the managing director. I finally had an online interview with the CEO which was quite relaxed and enjoyable!
