The interview process was extremely easy and familiar, as long as you had the appropriate experience. I sat down with the gymnastics coach manager and the office manager. They asked general office/safety questions, as well as gymnastics and coaching-specific questions. Then I was asked to do an "in-class" interview, where I assisted another coach during a class.
